9-Year-Old Tells UN, "Stop Talking. Start Planting."

“Stop Talking.  Start Planting.”  That’s the motto for a project that influenced a young  German student,  Felix Finkbeiner, who was inspired by a Nobel Peace Prize winner and her “Green Belt Movement.”   The first goal was to plant a million trees in Germany.  Since the project’s formation, about 3,543,067 trees have been planted globally.
2011 is the International Year of The Forest, and Finkbeiner  spoke  before the United Nation and called for a trillion trees planting goal.
